Quick, simple meal planning tip for marathoners

I don’t like it, but I gotta do it.

Because when I don’t, it becomes a scramble to figure out what to eat, sometimes resulting in takeout that I really didn’t want to spend money & my goals on.

Everyone does it in their own way, but here’s one meal planning tip that works for me:

  1. Keep a running list of go-to, simple, tasty meals.

  2. Plan them out on Google Calendar (or handwritten, if you prefer).

  3. Block out time on your calendar for prep time (cooking meat, prepping rice, chopping veggies, etc.)

  4. Stick to the schedule, or make adjustments.
